The FIDE Grand Prix series 2012-13 starts in London 20th September with Sergey Karjakin (Teimour Rajdabov has been reallocated at his request), Hikaru Nakamura, Alexander Grischuk and Veselin Topalov as the top seeds. As expected Magnus Carlsen, Levon Aronian, Vladimir Kramnik and Viswanathan Anand are not in the series (probably the top 4 earners in the game) but most of the rest of the leading players are. After London Tashkent in November 2012, Lisbon April 2013, Madrid May 2013, Berlin July 2013 and Paris September 2013 complete the series.
