The matches are played sequentially across four categories, those are: Elite: Hikaru Nakamura vs Gukesh Dommaraju, Fabiano Caruana vs Arjun Erigaisi, Women's: Carissa Yip vs Divya Deshmukh, Internet: Levy Rozman (USA, GothamChess) vs Sagar Shah (IND, Chessbase India) and Youth: Tani Adewumi (USA) vs Ethan Vaz (IND). The order in which the matches are played will be decided later, obviously there will be increasing tension as the matches go on.
