Former World Chess Champion Garry Kasparov and Silvio Danailov, President of the European Chess Union (ECU) visit the European Parliament in Strasbourg on Wednesday February 15th 2012 to promote Chess in School. This will be followed by a simul by Kasparov.
As Chairman of the Kasparov Chess Foundation Europe Garry Kasparov along with Silvio Danailov will host a seminar on the educational benefits of chess for children. Afterwards Garry Kasparov will play a simultaneous game of chess against children and members the European parliament.

About the Kasparov Chess Foundation Europe The Foundation, a non-profit organization, was founded in 2011.
