Dutch Federation express concern about FIDE plans

The Dutch Chess Federation have drawn attention to new FIDE proposals to increase ratings fees which they say are "a direct threat to the FIDE rating system", breach a previous promise that there would be no "higher costs for federations or players" and that as FIDE balanced their budget "there are no reasons given for the excessive increase in tariffs".
