The PNWCC Super Invitational took place online Sun 12th Jul to Fri 17th Jul 2020 hosted on Chess.com. These are two standard time control tournaments of four players and six rounds.
Group SOS (Summer of Seattle): Shakhriyar Mamedyarov, Le Quang Liem, Jeffery Xiong and Vladimir Fedoseev.
Group Rising Stars: Andrey Esipenko, Parham Maghsoodloo, Amin Tabatabaei and Awonder Liang.
Jeffery Xiong beat Shakhriyar Mamedyarov in the final round to win the SOS group by half a point. In the Rising Stars Group M Amin Tabatabaei finished on 3.5/6 half a point clear of Parham Maghsoodloo and Awonder Liang.
