The 4th in a series of matches took place in Mukachevo, Ukraine 12th-18th August 2010. This year Zahar Efimenko played Arkadij Naiditsch in a six game match. Previously the Mukachevo matches, organised by Josef Resch & Universal Event Promotion were: Ivanchuk v Leko 2007 (rapid) Ivanchuk v Leko 2009 (rapid) Short v Efimenko 2009 (classical)
In a tight match Arkadij Naiditsch's win in game 2 was enough to win the match 3.5-2.5, the remaining games were drawn.
