The UT Dallas Fall GM Invitational took place 16th to 20th November 2012. Ioan-Cristian Chirila took clear first place with 5 wins and 4 draws for 19 points (3 points for a win 1 for a draw) ahead of Julio Catalino Sadorra on 18 and Valentin Iotov on 16 and Alexander Onischuk who was undefeated but drew too many games on 13.
