Anish Giri leads the Dutch Championship with 3/3. Since his win in Reggio Emilia in the event over the new year Giri has had a patchy year. But he has been taking exams and there isn't much to worry about in the long term. So far he has dominated the Dutch Championship and he was simply too good for Sipke Ernst in Round 2 and Robin Swinkels in Round 3. Vassily Ivanchuk leads the ACP Golden Classic with 2.5/3 after his first draw in the event against Emil Sutovsky in Round 3. There was a rest day on Tuesday.
