Court for Arbitration in Sport (Karpov Appeal)

Court for Arbitration in Sport Meeting Takes Place

Anatoly Karpov's appeal to the Court for Arbitration in Sport in Lausanne where he seeks to have Kirsan Ilyumzhinov's ticket removed from the FIDE Presidential Elections has taken place over three days 15th-17th September 2010. Apparently there were very long days with the appeal being heard into the early hours of the morning. There is no news as to when the court will issue a ruling or as to how the appeal went.
